Creating CONDITIONS

for a flourishing ecosystem

Changing our focus from 'what' we're doing to 'how' and 'why' we are doing it.

“The dogmas of the quiet past are inadequate to the stormy present. The occasion is piled high with difficulty, and we must rise with the occasion. As our case is new, so we must think anew and act anew. We must disenthrall ourselves and then we shall save our country.”

~ Abraham Lincoln

Creating new foundations for the systems and processes we need for a better life.

Collaboration requires the right conditions in order to be successful.  Like a plant that needs healthy soil, water and nutrients to grow, people also need the right environment to connect, engage, and commit to responsible action in a way that works in harmony with others.  Too often we have experienced honest efforts to collaborate thwarted by conflicting priorities, individual agendas, incomplete perspectives and ownership rights.  This is changing.  We are understanding what it takes to shift the transactional, linear, mechanistic, and extractive oriented mindsets.

Here's what we've learned so far.
